We cannot find balance, ease and flow if we are trying to push against the stream.
Let's realign with our innate wisdom and nature's circadian rhythms to feel our best this summer season, stay cool and balanced by learning about Ayurvedic Summer lifestyle, diet and self-care tools allowing us to come home to ourselves and attune to our body's needs and signals.
This retreat is designed to be a day full of nourishment and slowness, gifting you a break from daily life with all its (over)stimulation and pre-occupation to venture into the depth of your own being,
your essence, and explore and (re-)discover your own unique nature and according needs.
Ayurveda is all about recognizing the nature within us, that is cohesive with nature without. It is the science of life, the wisdom of longevity, that is asking us to look inside and remember. To remember what our ancestors have known for thousands of years - that all healing, wisdom and power lies within, accessible to each and every one of us, if only we become slow and mindful enough to hear and understand it.
This day is all about falling back into sync with your own circadian rhythms, nourishing yourself on every level and connect deeply through movement, discussion, slowness, food, sharing, discovering new old concepts and applying these to life in a way that works for you individually.

"Women’s moon circle feedback- firstly the price is SUCH good value for what’s included.. (Lena you are worth WAY more than that) but I really appreciate you making it fair so many people have the opportunity to attend. The space is so quiet outside and inside you can feel the love in Lena’s home. ( I actually think it’s really special to hold it at your home rather than renting a “sterile” kind of place elsewhere). Walking in I felt immediately calm from the energy in the room, the oils diffusing and the alter that was so thoughtfully put together.
I loved the gentle movement and heart-opening exercises, Lena’s guidance throughout the whole morning was so calming, and shared so much wisdom of her work she has studied. My favorite parts were the warming and nourishing cacao and being taken through a drumming journey.
